1. What warranty do the products have?

For arcade machines, the warranty is 2 years for the monitor and game system, and 1 year for wear parts such as buttons and joysticks. Spare parts are available. For other products like controllers or consoles, the warranty is 2 years.

We try to resolve any issues remotely to cause minimal inconvenience. If this is not possible, we collect the product, repair it in our workshop, and return it to the customer.


2. What is the delivery time?

Typically, delivery for arcade machines takes around 25 days, though this may vary depending on the time of year and order volume. For other in-stock products, delivery is approximately 48 business hours.


3. Shipping costs and methods

Each arcade machine model has a shipping cost. The easiest way is to register on our online store with your address, add the product to your cart, and select shipping—the system will automatically calculate the cost.

Orders can also be picked up at our workshop in Valencia once we provide an appointment. The online store defaults to this as the preferred option, which is why it initially shows free shipping.

Once shipped, the courier will email tracking information and status. Deliveries in mainland Spain usually take 48–72 hours.

Shipping prices include: shipping, secure packaging, and insurance.

Usually, the courier delivers to the doorstep. However, if delivery is impossible due to external factors (narrow access, construction, etc.), please consult us for personalized delivery arrangements.


4. How can I pay?

We offer payment via credit card, bank transfer, Bizum, or installment payments.

For arcade machines, you can pay 50% by bank transfer and pay the rest while the order is being prepared.

All payment methods are secure, certified, and handled by reputable national banks. Our online store has SSL certificatesfor secure transactions.


5. How can I pay in installments?

This process is fully online, very simple, and takes about 5 minutes. We work with APLÁZAME, the largest installment payment company in Spain. You need an active credit card in the name of the applicant and a mobile phone.

In the shopping cart, select installments. Confirming the order opens the financial platform window. You can select installment amounts and payment dates, fill in all details, and provide your card and mobile. Approval is usually instant, with a confirmation code sent to your phone. The first installment is charged immediately, so make sure your card has sufficient funds.


6. Can I customize my arcade design?

Yes! As long as there are high-quality images of the theme, we can create it. Place your order with the desired model and components, and leave the design details in the order comments or contact us directly.

No additional cost. We will provide the design and make adjustments until you approve it.


7. Can I customize the buttons?

Yes. You can choose button colors for both players (red, blue, yellow, green, white) and arrange them in the 6+6 layout per player. Leave instructions in the order comments or contact us afterward.


8. Does it require assembly?

Arcade machines require no installation: just plug and play. Full machines are made in two parts (top and base) that simply stack together. Two rear anchors are provided for stability.

This facilitates transport and allows moving only the top section for playing elsewhere.


9. Which game system should I choose?

  • Default: Pandora Box (90% arcade games: Street Fighter, Metal Slug, Sonic, etc.—check full list). Perfect for recreating the classic arcade experience.

  • Raspberry Pi: Divided by console (SNES, Mega Drive, Gameboy, PlayStation, etc.). Recommended for users familiar with Raspberry Pi.

We do not recommend Raspberry Pi if the machine will be used by young children, as they could access the menu and misconfigure it. Misuse or improper handling is not covered under warranty.


10. How can I track my order during production?

We do not offer step-by-step notifications. You can contact us anytime for updates. Production begins once your order is in the queue, and roughly the first half of the timeline is for sourcing materials and preparing production.


11. How is my arcade machine prepared?

After manufacturing, machines go to our testing area for at least 48 hours, where all components are tested.

They are disinfected and cleaned before moving to the packing area, where they are carefully protected for transport.


12. How can I check product details and services?

We provide detailed descriptions on our online store. For any questions, you can contact us.

You can also read customer reviews on Google and forums. Our extensive industry experience and hundreds of satisfied clients guarantee quality and support.


13. What if I break my item?

Misuse is not covered under warranty, but we can help. Contact us for solutions. We offer quotes and have spare parts for all materials.


14. Will I receive a purchase invoice?

Yes. The website automatically sends a confirmation email and invoice. For a more detailed or corrected invoice, contact us within one week of purchase.


15. Are the products new?

Yes. All items are brand new. Arcade machines are made to order; other products are tested in our facilities before shipping.


16. Can I modify my arcade order once placed?

You have 7 days to request modifications (design, etc.) after placing your order. After this, material evaluation will determine feasibility.


17. Can I visit to see the arcade machines?

We do not have a physical store but have a workshop in Valencia with machines to view. Contact us to schedule a visit.

We also have collaborators in mainland Spain; consult your location to find one near you.


18. What types of arcade cabinets do you sell?

We currently sell bartop and lowboy cabinets, as well as corresponding vinyls and acrylic panels.


19. Does using a widescreen monitor reduce quality or show black bars?

Games fit perfectly on our screens without losing quality. Some rare games may show black bars due to original game formatting.


20. What does “illuminated marquee” mean?

Buttons are illuminated by default. The top marquee (with signage) is not illuminated by default; this extra option lights it up.


21. What are the joystick options?

  • Standard: Sanwa-style ball-top joystick

  • Bat-top: Same mechanism, different knob

  • Semi-professional: Larger, more robust, precise, best for public use

All joysticks have 8 directions. Some games (e.g., Pacman) work better with 4 directions, but 8 allows proper play for the full game library.


22. Can I update the game systems over time?

  • Raspberry Pi: Add/remove games via PC with proper knowledge

  • Pandora Box: Upgrade by replacing the CPU unit compatible with JAMMA. Takes ~2 minutes


23. What’s included with arcade machines?

All machines include: power cable, user guide, and basic spare parts.

  • Stand units: screws for rear anchors

  • Wall units: mounting bracket and screws


24. Which extras do you recommend?

  • Semi-professional joystick: highly recommended

  • Larger screens: better experience, aesthetic choice

  • Wheels: useful for Lowboy models; unnecessary for Big cabinets

  • Illuminated marquee: visual enhancement

  • Coin slot: decorative recommended; functional coin acceptor mainly for Pandora Box setups
