During the months of November, December, and January, please note that there may be possible delays caused by transport agencies and suppliers.

Delivery times may be extended during these months—please contact us in advance.

Receive your items in record time (24/48 hours) from the moment they are shipped (after manufacturing is completed, if required), with secure packaging and a tracking number so you can follow your order at all times. Delivery times are also subject to manufacturing lead times (usually between 18 and 22 business days), but they may be extended depending on the status of manufacturing orders.

We work with reliable, high-quality carriers such as CTT, GLS, and RUNNER for most shipments, as well as CORREOS EXPRESS, NACEX, and TNT for specific deliveries. All of them are committed to quality and professionalism. However, despite careful packaging and protection, we always recommend opening the item in front of the courier to check its condition.

Pallet shipping is street-level delivery only; items are not carried upstairs or into the home.

If you decide to pick up your order in person, you can pay in cash or by card, as we have modern mobile card terminals that allow payment anywhere, with an automatic receipt sent to your email.

If you place your order online through our website, you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Bank transfers have no commissions (we recommend contacting us beforehand so we can guide and assist you throughout the purchase process).

Returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to MercaPixels. In the event of serious damage to an item due to causes unrelated to the transport agency or the user, exchanges or necessary repairs may be considered.

Our products are manufactured in-house or distributed, and in all cases are new and covered by warranty. We offer an excellent after-sales service, including remote technical support and customer care, as well as our own service center (SAT) for minor repairs or adjustments at very affordable prices.

Customers may modify details of their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be changed.

Customers acknowledge that occasional stock errors may occur, which could result in an incorrect purchase. In such cases, our sales team will contact the customer immediately to offer the best possible solution.

If an item is faulty, customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, or similar material to better assess the issue and take appropriate action.

It is important to keep the original packaging for at least 20–30 days after receiving the item to facilitate any potential after-sales procedures.
