The 3-in-1 black pool table does not have a ball return system; the balls remain in the basket, which is a much quieter and more comfortable system than ball return.

NOTICE: The merchandise received must be checked by the customer at the exact moment the transport agency makes the delivery. If the merchandise arrives damaged, this must be stated on the delivery note that is signed with the carrier, indicating “Apparent damage,” and it must also be reported within 24 hours to the email info@mercapixels.com.
One of the most important details when receiving the pool table purchased at mercapixels.com is to always note on the transport agency’s delivery note, before signing, “no apparent damage, pending inspection.” This must always be done regardless of the condition of the pool table, even if the packaging is perfect with no damage, impacts, or marks. By doing this, the transport agency’s insurance will never raise any issues. If the pool table were to arrive with any defect or damage caused by transport, following this procedure allows us to send as many pool tables as necessary until one arrives in perfect condition.
