This must always be done regardless of the condition of the pool table, even if the packaging is perfect with no damage, knocks, or marks. By doing this, the transport company’s insurance will never raise any objections. If the pool table arrives with any damage or defect caused by transport, following this procedure allows us to send as many pool tables as necessary until one arrives in perfect condition.
