If you want to change any of the options, you must indicate it when placing the order. You can specify it through the order options or inform us by phone (we recommend consulting us first for any extra costs):
You can customize the color of the teams.
You can customize the player arrangement on the rods (4-4-2, 5-3-2, etc.).
Option to add ashtrays.

Very important:
All our products leave the factory with packaging in perfect condition, but being fragile items, they may suffer some incident during transport. For this reason, we ALWAYS require the customer to write one of these two phrases on the transport delivery note:
a) If the box appears to be in perfect condition, write on the delivery note: "MERCHANDISE PENDING INSPECTION" (even if the box has no visible damage).
b) If the box shows any damage, no matter how small, note on the delivery note: "APPARENT DAMAGE."
Additionally, if there is any damage afterward, notify us by phone and email to record the date at info@mercapixels.com within 24 hours after delivery. If reported after 24 hours, or if neither of the two phrases was written on the delivery note, the transport insurance will not cover the damage, and we will not be responsible for any damage the product may have suffered.
