Delivered disassembled for safety (legs and rods must be assembled). Upon receipt, request the assembly video; it is very simple.
Very important:
All our items leave the factory in perfect packaging, but as they are fragile, they may suffer some incidents during transport. For this reason, we ALWAYS require the customer to write one of the following two phrases on the delivery note signed for the carrier:
a) If the box appears to be in perfect condition, write on the delivery note: “MERCHANDISE PENDING INSPECTION” (even if the box has no visible damage).
b) If you notice any damage to the box, no matter how small, write on the delivery note: “APPARENT DAMAGE.”
Additionally, if any damage occurs afterward, inform us by phone and email to have a written record of the date at info@mercapixels.com within 24 hours of delivery. If reported after 24 hours, or if one of these two phrases is not written on the delivery note, the transport insurance will not cover the damage, and we will also not be able to take responsibility for any damage the product may have suffered
