All our items leave the factory with the packaging in perfect condition, but as they are fragile items, they may suffer some incident during transport. For this reason, we ALWAYS require the customer to write one of these 2 phrases on the carrier’s delivery note:
a) If the box arrives apparently in perfect condition, you must write on the delivery note “MERCHANDISE PENDING INSPECTION” (even if the box has no visible damage).
b) If you notice any defect on the box, no matter how small or minor it may be, write on the carrier’s delivery note “APPARENT DAMAGE”.
In addition, if there is any defect afterward, notify us by phone and also by email, to leave written record of the date at info@mercapixels.com within 24 hours after delivery. If it is reported after 24 hours, or if neither of these two phrases is written on the carrier’s delivery note, the transport insurance will not cover the damage, and we will not be able to take responsibility for any damage the product may have suffered.
